These home improvements include the construction of a single storey rear lean-to extension to form an open plan family living / kitchen area.
This project also includes the creation of a new separate utility/laundry and wetroom, plus level access to the garden with associated landscaping.
All this was designed within Permitted Development and only needed to comply with Building Regualtions requirements.
We are due to start this project imminently and expect to take about 8-10 weeks to complete.
As well as the architectural design work, we shall be providing the construction service and all the fitting out aspects including the kitchen & utility installation, wetroom & tiling, joinery and all of the building services.
